Key Learnings

After participating in this program, you will be able to: 

  • Identify real customer problems and translate them into scalable business models,
  • identify your target market and develop a strategy for your marketing,
  • employ strategies and tactics to leverage sales as a tool to grow your business
  • develop a long-term roadmap for consistent growth of the business
  • understand investors and the financing landscape
  • deliver compelling pitches to customers and investors.

Who can participate?

  • Have you founded your start-up based in Baden-Württemberg or do you intend to found one in Baden-Württemberg?
  • Are you employed at a university/dual university in Baden-Württemberg or are you currently still studying there?
  • A major part of your product/service deals with production or manufacturing in the context of the mobility sector?
  • Mobility technologies or mobility systems also in the sustainable area are part of your focus?
  • Your start-up team has its basic core (at least two people)?

Program Modules

Kick-Off:

Start of the program 

We start our program with a face-to-face meeting on site. Get to know the other participants, their ideas and challenges. At the same time, we conduct an assessment of your start-up, which forms the basis for individual goal setting during the program. The kick-off event took place on November 7, 2023 in Karlsruhe.

Modul 1:

Problem Solution Fit

Identify real customer problems, learn how to get relevant customer feedback, and how to turn it into scalable business.

   

Modul 2:

Product Market Fit

Identify your target market/early adopters and design experiments to create your Minimum Viable Product. Through this module, identify your profit generators and pain relievers and hone your market strategy.

Modul 3:

Sales & Marketing

Sie wissen noch nicht, wo und wie Sie mit dem Vertrieb Ihres Produktes anfangen sollen? Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie die richtigen Entscheidungsträger erreichen. Lernen Sie Strategien und Taktiken, um den Vertrieb als Werkzeug für das Wachstum Ihres Unternehmens zu nutzen.

Modul 4:

Business Strategy

Learn more about corporate strategy and its impact on your business plan. We help you define the long-term roadmap for consistent growth.

Modul 5:

Finance & Legal

In this module, learn to understand investors, the financing landscape, its impact on your business model and financial planning, and how to raise new capital.

Modul 6:

Pitching

Do you have only a vague idea of how to present your idea in front of customers or investors? We provide you with pitch training to take your presentation skills to the next level.

Demo Day

February 1, 2024 in Stuttgart

At the ICM Accelerator Demo Day, you pitch your start-up to relevant customers, investors and partners. The Demo Day is intended to be a fitting conclusion to the program.
