Software-Defined Model and Function Sequencing for Integrated Launching of Modular Production Systems
Adaptable production systems require not only modular and adaptable hardware, but also suitable solutions on the control side, which allow a fast information-technical integration of new hardware modules and a fast system start-up after reconfigurations. The goal is to reduce the reconfiguration effort by an automated generation of control code on the control level. For this purpose, a code generator is developed which parameterizes and sequences predefined standard code modules from a code library according to the application. The resulting control code is virtually tested and optimized in a digital twin.
