DEMO16 - LF-Mobil

Learning factory in the form of a mobile demonstrator for recruiting young talent

Digitalization and automation in production are constantly presenting companies with new challenges. In particular, the integration of software-driven production processes requires specialized knowledge and innovative solutions. At the same time, attracting young talent to technical professions is becoming increasingly important.

Aim

The "LF-Mobil" project aims to develop a mobile learning factory station that makes it possible to experience and experiment with various production technology topics. Thanks to the mobile approach, these topics can be taught flexibly at different locations in order to offer offer young people practical insights into modern production technologies and inspire and attract young peoplethem to technical professions.

Vorgehen

  • Development of an autonomous station on wheels with its own battery supply and energy management system
  • Use of modern collaborative robotics and active 3D camera
  • Integration of software-defined production, quality assurance and robotics
  • Use of modern production technologies and demonstration of their application in real scenarios

Benefit

The learning factory enables the practical transfer of knowledge and skills in the field of modern production technologies. The mobile station makes it possible to make complex software-driven processes clear and understandable. The practical experience and the opportunity to carry out experiments independently increases interest and enthusiasm for technical professions. In the long term, the project contributes to the recruitment and promotion of junior staff in production technology.
