ICM Early Ride Program 2024: A Successful Demo Day as the Grand Finale

- News

Today the Demo Day of the ICM Early Ride Program 2024 and the presentation of new innovative ideas took place at STEYG Community Hub Stuttgart. While the program concluded after three months of intense learning, development and collaboration, it marked the beginning of the further journeys for its participating six teams.

The highlight of the program was undoubtedly the Demo Day, where the teams delivered compelling pitches showcasing their visions. The jury – comprising Felix Schneider (Senior Venture Manager, innoWerft), Leon Huck (Investment Analyst, LBBW Venture Capital GmbH), and Thomas Neumann (Head of New Ventures, Shareholdings & Incubators, KIT-Gründerschmiede, NXTGN) – praised the creativity and impressive progress of the projects.

In the end, they crowned team Vrakos-Grid as the winner! The team of Sinah Käfferlein, Joshua Enahoro and Vahid Ghaiurane, captivated both jury and audience with their innovative solution. Vrakos-Grid is developing a matchmaking platform for logistics depots with truck charging infrastructure and truck operators to drive forward the electrification of transport. Their goal: centralize access to and distribution of charging infrastructure, enabling smarter, broader access while offering a sustainable alternative to building private truck charging stations.

We can’t wait to see how Team Vrakos-Grid evolves their promising project and wish them and all other teams every success on their journey ahead!
