The ICM at the Karlsruhe Mobility Lab trade fair stand

The Karlsruhe Mobility Lab will be presenting future-oriented mobility concepts at its booth Y3/dm arena, for example:

  • In the KAMO: Karlsruhe Mobility High Performance Center, innovative, interdisciplinary mobility solutions are developed by combining expertise from research and teaching. At IT-TRANS, concepts for autonomous driving, sustainable mobility, shared mobility and other mobility issues of the future will be presented.
  • The German Center for Future Mobility (DZM), an alliance of Karlsruhe, Hamburg, Minden and Annaberg-Buchholz in the field of mobility, will present lighthouse projects such as on-demand shuttle services and two-way vehicles for rail.
  • The Innovation Campus Future Mobility (ICM) demonstrates how cloud technology can be used to implement scalable solutions and improved functionalities for networked vehicles and how operations can be optimized in terms of energy efficiency.
  • The aim of regioKArgo is to develop a sustainable, holistic logistics concept for the Karlsruhe region. The LogIKTram, URBANE and regioKArgoTramTrain projects will be presented at the stand and are set to go into regular operation.

The presentations in the Karlsruhe Mobility Lab go beyond the mere presentation of concepts. Almost all solutions can be touched directly or even tested yourself.
